Lagerstroemia 'Coral Magic' ~ First Editions® Coral Magic Crape Myrtle

The Coral Magic Crape Myrtle is a deciduous plant that typically reaches a height of 8 to 12 feet (2.4 to 3.7 meters) with a spread of 6 to 10 feet (1.8 to 3 meters). It has a rounded, upright growth habit and develops a smooth, mottled bark that adds visual interest to the landscape.

One of the standout features of the Coral Magic Crape Myrtle is its abundant display of coral-pink flowers. These flowers appear in large clusters during the summer months, creating a stunning show of color. The flowers are followed by small, round seed capsules that persist into the fall.

This crape myrtle variety prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It is relatively low-maintenance and can tolerate heat and drought once established. Pruning is typically done in late winter or early spring to promote healthy growth and maintain its shape.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.  Water Regularly.  It can be susceptible to leaf spot and powdery mildew.
