Swing Low Distylium is a low-spreading evergreen shrub with dense horizontal branches and willow-like blue-green foliage that emerges bright green.  Small fringed red flowers bloom in thick clusters in early spring attracting butterflies and pollinators.  Grows best in full sun and slightly acidic, moist well-drained soil.  Tolerates drought and wet soils.
