Description
Solar Eclipse Foamy Bells is an evergreen herbaceous perennial with a mounding habit grown for its dramatic basal foliage. The broad and scalloped round-lobed leaves are red brown outlined with a bright lime green margin. Airy clusters of tiny white bell-like flowers bloom on spires in midsummer attracting butterflies. Best bloom in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.
