Monrovia® Western Star Gemini Shasta Daisy is a fast-growing perennial with a dense mounding habit.  Its coarse, leathery dark green foliage is topped with large buttery light yellow daisy-like flowers with thick gold centers on that bloom from spring through summer.  Regular deadheading can extend the bloom into fall.  Prefers full sun and moist well-drained soil.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Low Maintenance. Pinch back stems as needed to control height.  Cut back to 6" after flowering and mulch.  Aphids, thrips and spider mites may cause significant damage.
