Jazz Hands Bold Fringe Flower is a compact re-blooming evergreen shrub with graceful arching branches with large bright burgundy foliage that darkens to deep purple and heavy blooms of large rich pink fringe-like flowers in late winter through spring. Best color in part sun and moist, acidic, well-drained soil.
