Cirrus Dusty Miller is a tender evergreen herbaceous perennial that forms a uniform mound of large, velvety lobed foliage that emerges white and turns silvery blue-green.  The yellow flowers bloom beginning in the second year in the south, but are usually removed to encourage foliage growth.  Best foliage color in full sun and evenly moist, well-drained soils.
